The infant and maternal mortality rates amongst blacks in America are genocidal at approximately 14.3% and 36.5%. The chronic diseases and syndromes of heart disease, cancers, stroke, diabetes, hypertension, liver and kidney failure are also at genocidal rates.<br /><br />This historic achievement was never cast as a need to assist a genocidally challenged racial minority because hr=e gained this office not as a black candidate but as a candidate for the people.<br /><br />With 1/4 of Americans as working poor, non-working poor and/or homeless it is politically expedient in a stealth racist country that 60 years ago was hanging and killing black males in all possible ways as sport to address black needs in the protective cover of generic poverty abatement.<br /><br />He needs a second term to make any significant contributions to reducing poverty in America and that will not happen if he were to be a Afro-American president with a black agenda that would be necessaritly blocked in the US Congress.George W.
